Turning wearable data into team-wide readiness intelligence that coaches can actually act on.
Wearable technology in sport has produced an enormous amount of data and very little clarity. Teams invest in GPS vests, heart rate monitors, and load tracking devices, then struggle to make sense of what the numbers mean for selection, training intensity, and recovery planning. Vector Connect was built to bridge that gap.
Connect is an aggregation and translation layer. It pulls data from the wearable systems teams already use, normalises it across devices and athletes, and surfaces it as readiness signals — simple, actionable indicators that tell a coach how available each player is, and what the risks are of pushing them harder.
The product is built around the idea that coaches should not need to become data scientists to use athlete monitoring effectively. The raw numbers stay in the background. What surfaces is a clear picture: who is ready, who needs management, who is carrying a hidden load that might become a problem. Decisions get made with better information, and the reasoning is documented.
Connect also enables teams to build load management profiles over time — understanding how each athlete responds to training stress, how quickly they recover, and what their personal risk thresholds look like. This is the foundation of proper sports science at the team level.
We believe performance management should not be a privilege of elite clubs with large science departments. Vector Connect is designed to make that capability accessible to every team that takes player welfare seriously.
