Vector Academy

The operating system for sports academies — built for the people who run them.

Running a sports academy is an operational challenge that gets underestimated constantly. Coaches, administrators, parents, players, payment systems, scheduling tools, communication channels — all of these need to work together, and in most academies they do not. They exist as separate systems, or worse, as manual processes held together by spreadsheets and goodwill.

Vector Academy is the platform we built for the people who run sports organisations — the directors, administrators, and coaches who keep everything moving while also trying to develop talent. It is a management layer that brings teams, schedules, payments, communications, and reporting into one place.

The design principle behind Academy is that operational clarity creates coaching capacity. When an administrator is not spending three hours a week chasing payments or rebuilding a scheduling spreadsheet, that time goes back into the programme. When coaches have instant access to player records, attendance logs, and progress notes, they spend less time searching and more time coaching.

Academy also connects to the broader Sports Vector ecosystem. Performance data from Vector Connect, video reviews from Vector Vision, and match plans from the Crictier suite can all flow into a player's Academy profile — creating a longitudinal record of development that survives coach changes, seasonal gaps, and club transitions.

We built Academy because great coaching happens in well-run environments. We wanted to make the environment easier to run.
