Crictier Strat

Coaching during a match is one of the hardest jobs in sport. Decisions happen in seconds, context shifts with every ball, and the gap between the dugout and the field is wider than it looks. Crictier Strat is the tool we built for those moments: a live decision capture system that lets coaches log what they decided, why they decided it, and what happened next.

The product works alongside the game, not against it. Coaches can tag key moments (a bowling change, a powerplay decision, a fielding adjustment), annotate them with a brief note, and move on. At no point does the tool slow down the coaching process. The logging is lightweight by design, because we know that a coach's attention belongs on the match.

What Strat creates over time is a decision log: a full record of the strategic thinking behind a team's season. This is something no team has ever had before. Not because the thinking was not happening, but because it was never captured. After a match, coaching staff can review every major decision, see the outcome, and begin building a picture of what worked and what did not.

The post-match layer is where Strat becomes most powerful. Coaches can run structured reviews against the decision log, identify patterns in their own decision-making, and share findings with players and analysts. The review becomes part of the preparation cycle, feeding directly back into Crictier Planner for the next game.
